Powerfully rendered, sensuously artistic and hauntingly beautiful, OFF BALANCE is on track to become one of my favorite reads of the year. Months since Perry was named Blood Lord of the Tides, and Aria was charged with an impossible mission. I finished it in just a couple of hours, but I "bookmarked" so many things on my Kindle that I need to reread to take notes. The whole episode, which takes up about the last third of the book, squicked me out, and made me heartsick, honestly. I highly recommend this book to anyone that loves a fabulous romance novel. I am a therapist who, from experience, knows only too well the necessity of listening to that small, still voice inside each one of us.
